[The Resource] SOFT SKILLS: Accepting Criticism

The Gist: Students roleplay realistic high school and workplace scenarios in order to practice the soft skill Accepting Criticism. 

The Best Parts:

• Students get to practice their "accepting criticism" skills through 6 total scenarios with a partner. (Improv skills are a bonus!)
• The 6 scenarios offer a variety of different situations that students may face in their lives - 2 occur during high school and 4 happen on the job
• Students come away with a deeper understanding of why this soft skill may be important for school, work, and life in general

She's come a long way since her days as a first grader, when she would "teach" music and read to her very attentive stuffed animals after school. Since then, she has taught students as a K-12 tutor, worked in several EdTech startups in the Bay Area, and completed her Ed.M in Education from the Harvard Graduate School of Education.
